‘About art’. ‘About art’ explores the relationship between art and life, challenges and reaffirms their status as separate spheres of human existence and activity. By employing four layers (or artistic mediums) – analogue bass sound, scripted spoken word, bodies of performers and live visual compositions – I am trying to dissect the statement ‘life is life and art is art’ which is the central statement of the piece.
